INFINITE TAPE

Infinite Tape is an endless bidirectional TikTok-style test of procedurally generated generative-art “channels.” Swipe or scroll down to descend into darker, moodier zones (blood-red accents, denser/void-like styles) or up to ascend into brighter, luminous ones (gold accents, airy/bloom styles); the origin is channel 000. Each channel is a unique, seeded WebGL shader scene with its own title, palette, and style. Double-tap or hit Like (L) to train a local algorithm that biases future unwatched channels toward the styles and palettes you prefer; un-liking untrains it. Use the right rail for comments, 30-second auto-scroll Live mode (follows your last direction), record the live stream to a downloadable clip (up to 60 s), or copy a deep-link to the current channel.

Everything runs client-side: progress, likes, comments, and preferences persist in IndexedDB so your trained feed and visited channels survive reloads. Keyboard shortcuts (arrows/space to navigate, A for auto, D to record, C for comments, 0 to jump home) and on-screen chevrons work on desktop; mobile uses pure swipe + double-tap. The depth gauge and live counter show where you sit between the void and the light—keep scrolling forever in either direction.
