ROADSTER RACING // 1-BIT is a pure 1-bit browser racer starring a Tesla Roadster fitted with a 10-jet cold-gas thruster system. Choose between City or Dune environments in Free-roam (sandbox with ramps and scenery) or Rally (a railed 1000 m sprint with checkpoints and a finish gate). Drive with W for gas (rear jets), S for brake/retro, A/D to steer, Space for full burst (rear + hover), arrow keys for pitch and roll in the air, and Shift for boost. Score points from speed, airtime, and flips; land cleanly after rotations to bank big multipliers.

The HUD tracks velocity, altitude, cold-gas pressure, thruster status, airtime/flips, and score. Gas recharges when you’re not firing, so manage bursts carefully. In Rally mode, hit the checkpoints and finish line for bonus points and a timed result. Reset with R, pause with P, or return to the menu with M. The entire experience is rendered in crisp 1-bit dither with depth edges for that classic demoscene look.
